Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Chatra. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting product and service offerings, and explaining features and benefits in a clear and convincing manner. Day-to-day activities include conducting sales visits, following up on leads, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales in line with company targets.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.



The Salesperson is expected to meet assigned sales goals while providing a skilled, respectful, and solution-oriented customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in direct sales, customer engagement, and relationship building, preferably in a technology or product-focused environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to explain technical or product details in simple, persuasive language.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, and customer tracking systems to manage leads and sales activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Chatra, manage time effectively, and travel locally as needed for client meetings and follow-ups.
- Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with resilience, integrity, and a commitment to providing respectful, non-discriminatory customer service.
- Minimum educational qualification such as a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior sales or field marketing experience is beneficial but motivated early-career candidates with strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
