Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Mahuva.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and promote the company’s range of dehydrated products in domestic and international markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up on leads to close deals. The role involves coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, handling customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.

The Sales

Specialist will also support market research, participate in training sessions,



and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with experience in B2B or export sales preferred.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training capabilities to support team goals, share best practices, and help improve sales performance.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and order handling.
- Candidates should preferably have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the food or agro-processing industry and knowledge of export procedures will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Mahuva.
