We are seeking an experienced and target-oriented candidate to join Service Sales department to drive service business growth and develop long-term customer relationships. The role will be responsible for generating revenue through UPS Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), batteries, and spare parts , while identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing customer potential. Candidate from UPS industry will be preferred.

nKey Responsibilities

nGenerate service sales revenue for:

- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

- Batteries
n
- Spare Parts
n

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
n
- Identify AMC renewal opportunities and ensure timely closure.
n
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for customer support and issue resolution.
n
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms,



and close service orders.
n
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
n
- Maintain customer database and service sales records.
n
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
n
- Work closely with regional sales and service teams to expand service business.

nRequired Skills

n

n
- Positive knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and power backup solutions.
n
- Experience in service sales of AMC, batteries, and spare parts.
n
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
n
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
n

nEducational Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
