Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor & manage the telesales team

• Drive revenue, conversions & target achievement

• Develop sales strategies, scripts & objection-handling frameworks

• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance

• Train and onboard new team members

• Analyze sales data and share actionable insights

• Handle escalations and maintain strong customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3–8 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telesales

✅ Experience in Test Prep / EdTech preferred

✅ Proven team management experience

✅ Solid communication, negotiation & closing skills
