Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Marketing position based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, explaining Homeonline’s services and property offerings, and guiding home seekers through the platform to meet their requirements. Daily activities include managing inquiries, conducting follow-ups, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The position also includes executing marketing initiatives, participating in promotional campaigns,



and providing feedback from the market to help improve sales strategies and customer outreach. The individual is expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records, and represent the brand professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with home seekers and address their queries.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and achieve assigned targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding of new team members and help educate customers on using the platform.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of real estate or online marketplaces, with the ability to understand customer needs and match suitable solutions.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with common office and CRM tools, strong organizational abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales or marketing roles.
