Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Manager will oversee sales activities, build and maintain relationships with clients in key industries, and identify new business opportunities for packaging products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include leading sales meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role involves tracking sales performance, forecasting revenue,



and reporting market trends and competitor activities to management.

The Sales

Manager will also support the development of sales strategies, participate in client visits, and represent SAPCO at industry events when required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess skills in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning to support sales growth and expansion.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical packaging solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, proposals, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Experience in printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries is highly beneficial, especially with pharma, FMCG, or toys, electrical goods clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in standard office and CRM software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required within the role.
