Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor & manage the telesales team
- Drive revenue, conversions & target achievement
- Develop sales strategies, scripts & objection-handling frameworks
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance
- Train and onboard new team members
- Analyze sales data and share actionable insights
- Handle escalations and maintain strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For:

3–8 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telesales

Experience in Test Prep / EdTech preferred

Proven team management experience

Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills

Hands-on experience with CRM tools

Target-driven and data-oriented approach
