Job Details Type: Full-time Experience: 4 years in Sales (Required)Work Mode: On-ground / In-person Location: Andhra Pradesh Role Overview This is a field sales role focused on expanding Joify’s presence across your assigned territory by onboarding retailers, managing relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Onboarding: Identify new sales opportunities and onboard retailers, distributors, and dealers Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors Target Achievement:



Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Distribution & Merchandising: Ensure proper product placement, freezer stocking, and inventory management Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and share market insights Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits within your assigned territory What We’re Looking For Experience: 4+ years in FMCG, beverage, or food industry sales, preferably in cold-chain products.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and B2 B/B2 C sales skills Logistics: Must have a vehicle and valid driving license for field sales.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business preferred.

Software: Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM softwares.
