Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate patient leads for home care, elder care and nursing services . Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals . Develop hospital referral and patient referral networks .

Visit hospitals and meet doctors, discharge coordinators and other relevant staff . Understand patient/family requirements and share them with the Entealth team. Follow up with leads and support conversion into paid services .

Maintain regular contact with referral partners and develop current sources of leads. Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, service conversions and revenue . Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
