Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive / Account Manager role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting FusionEdge’s facility management solutions to prospective clients.

The Sales

Executive / AM will manage the entire sales cycle, including proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, updating the sales pipeline, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and providing regular feedback on market trends and customer needs. The position is targeted at candidates who can join immediately and contribute to business growth within the offered compensation range of

4–6 LPA.Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in SaaS, facility management, visitor management, asset management, attendance or related domains.
- Strong skills in lead generation, client prospecting, and pipeline management,



with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demos, communicate value propositions clearly, and handle negotiations professionally.
- Solid relationship-building and customer success skills, including post-sales follow-up, account retention, and upselling or cross-selling.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage client meetings, and travel for business requirements when necessary.
- Immediate joiners or short notice-period candidates will be given preference.
