THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business and strategic account growth across Delhi-NCR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Acquire current B2B/enterprise clients across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.
2. Engage with CXOs, Business Heads, Marketing, IT, Digital, Operations, and Procurement teams.
3. Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
4. Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiation, and closure.
5. Sell consultatively by understanding business needs and positioning relevant MarTech, messaging, and digital solutions.
6. Build long-term enterprise relationships and drive upselling, cross-selling, and recurring revenue.
7. Maintain the sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM updates,



and achieve revenue targets.
8. Conduct regular client meetings and business development activities across Delhi-NCR.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years of B2B / Enterprise Sales experience, preferably in MarTech, Digital Media, SaaS, IT Services, or related solutions.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong CXO communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and target achievement.
- Strong corporate network and client relationships in Delhi-NCR preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Highly proactive, energetic, resilient, and results-oriented.
