Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Instructional Designer to work as a part of Digital Learning Studio. As a learning experience designer for internal stakeholder, the roles require managing the end-to-end Learning design and development milestones.

The resource will be responsible for the following:

- End to end manage e-learning design projects with capability in handling the full lifecycle of content development starting from Need Analysis to content development.
- Manage the learning requirements of the internal subject matter experts, structuring source content, creating high-level design documents, storyboarding, visual storyboarding.
- Author and design effective storyboards and visual storyboards to develop sticky-learning solutions using prescribed tools (Articulate/Storyline) according to our quality and development standard leveraging AI features to step up the design process.
- Work closely with Graphics and development teams, leverage AI tools like copilot, Articulate AI to create and present prototypes for better SME visualization, developing training assets facilitator guides, web-based training, application simulations, performance simulation, videos, game based and blended learning.
- Conduct storyboard walkthrough, seek clarification and iteration in storyboard design
- Propose design solutions with measurable impact and ability to effectively communicate the same to business stakeholders.

More about the Role:





This is an individual contributor role. The resource will be required to

- Ability to rapidly familiarize and get trained on our Branding, IPR, DEI and technical course development and publication requirements (SCORM testing, video specs etc.)
- Independently seek the stakeholders’ needs with minimal/moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
- Analyse and solve complex problems through collaboration and using internal and external networks.
- You will be expected to work with other team members/graphic designers and share your expertise.
- Decisions made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others.

Skills Required

Must have skills functional:

- Project Management, Instructional Design, Positive communication
- skills, demonstrate understanding of authoring capabilities in (Articulate), User Interface Design,
- familiar in WCAG 2.1 AA and should be able to design accessible courses

Must have behavioural skills functional:

- highly creative, agile; open to feedback; open to experimenting and suggesting out of the box solutions; excellent stakeholder management; ability to adapt and learn with change in business needs, working with multicultural, multilingual project teams.

Good to have skills:

- Understanding of how various learning experience platforms behave
- (Cornerstone/SCORM cloud); exposure to AI and its impact on learning technology landscape is an advantage.
