Provide remote assistance through video calls, voice calls & chat
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups & customer interactions
Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Support & Retail teams
Support lead management and conversion funnel optimization
What We're Looking For
Robust verbal & written communication
Excellent objection-handling and problem-solving skills
Organized approach to CRM and follow-up management
Experience in inside sales, lead management or retail conversion is preferred
