Role Description The Sales Associate role at Learners Point is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

The Sales

Associate will engage prospective learners and corporate clients, explain training programs and services, and guide them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting needs assessments, presenting suitable course options,



and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves achieving individual and team sales targets, following up on leads, coordinating with training and operations teams, and supporting promotional events and campaigns.

The Sales

Associate will also contribute to building long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and post-enrollment support.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse clients.

- Customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

- Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and comfort with digital communication platforms.

- Prior experience in education, training, or service-based sales is preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
