Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Associate role based in Lucknow.

The Sales

Associate will assist customers in selecting organic products, provide product information,



and ensure a positive in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include managing sales transactions, maintaining organized and well-stocked displays, and responding to customer inquiries about organic food and lifestyle. The role also involves supporting promotional activities, tracking customer preferences, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets while upholding Organic Parivar’s commitment to health and sustainability.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

- Sales and retail skills, including handling transactions, managing inventory, and meeting sales goals.

- Basic knowledge or strong interest in organic food, sustainable living, and health-focused products.

- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, including flexible hours, weekends, and peak business periods as needed.

- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing daily store operations.

- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.

- Prior experience in retail, grocery, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.

- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further education in commerce, nutrition, or related fields is an advantage.
