Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site in Greater Noida, managing both sales activities and marketing initiatives for Sintonik’s machinery products. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, closing sales,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support.

The specialist will also contribute to marketing campaigns, assist in creating promotional materials, participate in industry events, and track market trends to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess practical Sales and Sales Management skills for driving revenue, managing pipelines, and meeting targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate customers and team members on product features and proper usage.
- Knowledge of industrial or machinery sectors and familiarity with B2B sales processes are beneficial.
