Fashion Design Intern — Apparel Design & Development For students at NIFT, Pearl Academy, IIAD or similar fashion design schools.

We’re looking for students and recent graduates from NIFT, Pearl Academy, IIAD or similar fashion design schools. who wants to work on real garments, not just make moodboards and presentations.

We’re open to students and freshers, but you should have some practical exposure to fabric sourcing, textiles, pattern making, garment construction, sampling or working with materials.

You should have practical understanding of fabric sourcing and selection, textiles, trims, dyeing, pattern making, garment construction and sampling — ideally with some experience actually sourcing, making or experimenting with them.

You’ll work closely with us across the process from concept and fabric sourcing to sampling, fitting and final collection development.



There is no rigid creative brief here — we want you to research, question, experiment and bring your own ideas to the table. If your work works, it can actually become part of Khandaani.

You should be comfortable visiting fabric markets, suppliers, sampling units and production facilities for sourcing, sampling and other hands-on work. This is not a role limited to design, illustration or desk work.

Applicants must be able to regularly travel within Delhi NCR for sourcing, sampling and other on-ground work.
