Role Description The Retail Operation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for overseeing daily operations across LUBDUB Jewellery stores. This role includes managing store performance, supervising staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring consistent visual merchandising and brand standards.

The Retail Operation

Manager will track sales metrics, analyze operational data, implement process improvements, and coordinate with the leadership team to support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve optimizing customer service, handling escalations,



supporting training and scheduling, ensuring adherence to policies, and collaborating on in-store promotions and events to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Operations and Store Management skills to oversee multiple outlets and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to manage processes, workflows, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales and performance data and drive informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to maintain high service standards and support effective issue resolution.
- Relevant experience in retail or fashion/accessories, preferably in a multi-store workplace.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (POS systems, inventory software, spreadsheets) and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, including weekends and retail peak hours as required.
- Diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
