Role Description The Restaurant Manager at Sri Isha Cafe will oversee daily operations at the Bengaluru outlets, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and guiding team members to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene. The role involves monitoring customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, and implementing initiatives that support customer satisfaction and repeat business.

The Restaurant

Manager will also handle inventory management,



coordinate with suppliers, support hiring and training efforts, and assist in basic reporting on sales and operational performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Robust focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest feedback constructively.
- Experience in Hiring and team supervision, including training and motivating staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination with team members and guests.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by restaurant operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in daily operations.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools; familiarity with vegetarian cuisine is an advantage.
