Role: Deputy General Manager – Sales & Marketing
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: TN, AP, Kerala, Karnataka.
Mandatory: Order booking, RFQ & bid management, EPC/IPPs/utilities, ACC, Boilers, Cooling Solutions, large B2B deals
INDUSTRY: HEAVY MACHNIERY, STEEL INDUSTRY, COOLING POWER TOWERS)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own order booking, revenue targets, and market share growth
Drive RFQ generation, bid management, and end-to-end techno-commercial sales cycle
Build and manage strategic relationships with EPCs, IPPs, utilities, and consultants
Identify and develop new markets, customers, and project opportunities
Lead techno-commercial proposals (product selection, costing, pricing, compliance)
Drive contract negotiations and high-value deal closures
Build a strong sales pipeline and forecasting model to mitigate business risks
Generate market intelligence, competitor insights, and pricing strategies




Conduct customer visits (India & international) and represent ENEXIO in key forums
Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless project execution post-order
Lead and mentor sales teams , driving performance and accountability
Exposure to sales & marketing of capital goods

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
B.E. / M.E. (Mechanical Engineering)

REQUIRED SKILLS:
10+ years in industrial / capital equipment sales
Robust exposure to Power Industry (Thermal / EPC / Utilities)
Experience with OEMs / equipment suppliers
Proven expertise in:
Air Cooled Condensers (ACC)
Boilers / Steam Cycle Equipment
Cooling solutions (Wet / Dry)
Track record of closing large, complex B2B deals
Exposure to international markets preferred
