AND Academy, an initiative by IIAD in collaboration with Kingston School of Art, London, offers professional design education that breaks away from traditional models, integrating live interaction with industry-focused training.

Job Description:

- Oversee video projects from pre-production through post-production, ensuring they are completed on time.
- Oversee editing, color correction, sound design, animation, and final output to maintain brand standards and quality.
- Edit video content for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging motion graphics to elevate videos and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure video content aligns with branding and communication strategies.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all video editing and graphic design projects.
- Develop conceptual and stylistic approaches for video projects and campaigns.
- Create animations and graphics that are aesthetically pleasing and fully represent the brief.
- Responsible for establishing the conceptual and stylistic execution for projects and campaigns.

What We're Looking For:





- 2–3 years of formal work experience in video production, editing, or a related field
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institution
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and AI tools
- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics design
- Strong creativity, storytelling skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Work Timings :

9.00 am – 06.00 pm (Monday to Friday)

10.00 am - 05.00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturdays off
