Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Coimbatore,Chennai,Bangalore. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, maintaining communication with candidates, and supporting hiring managers with shortlists and feedback.

The Recruiter will help define role requirements,



prepare job postings, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment records, updating applicant tracking systems, and providing regular reports on hiring progress.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and work closely with hiring managers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Comfort with using applicant tracking systems and standard office productivity tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Understanding of basic employment practices and recruitment best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially in consulting or services environments, is an advantage.
