NRole Overview:-

NWe are looking for Relationship Managers with strong experience in Open Market / Direct Sales to drive residential real estate sales in the Thane market.

NKey Responsibilities:-

NGenerate business throughopen-market/direct customer sourcing, references and networking.

NIdentify and understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.

NManage the complete salescycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiation and closure.

NBuild and maintain strongrelationships with prospective and existing clients.

NConduct regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

NAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

NStay updated on Thane real estate market trends, pricing, inventory and competitor projects.





NCoordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.

NCandidate Profile:-

N2+ years of experience inReal Estate / Residential Sales / Direct Sales.

NStrong Open Market Sales experience is preferred.

NProven track record of achieving sales targets and closing residential transactions.

NExcellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

NStrong knowledge of the Thane residential real estate market.

NTarget-oriented, self-driven and confident personality.

NCandidates with a solid individual client network will be preferred.
