Hanok International Real Estate LLC is expanding its team in Indore, India, and we’re looking for motivated, confident and target-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our growing sales team.
? Location: Workie Tech Park, Indore
? Job Type: Full-Time
? Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission

- Dubai Office Opportunity: Consultants who successfully close a deal within their first 3 months may have the opportunity to work from our Dubai office, based on performance and business requirements.
? Key Responsibilities• Generate and follow up with potential clients
- Make cold calls and outbound calls to generate business opportunities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
- Schedule client meetings and property discussions
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Achieve monthly sales targets and close successful deals
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records
✅ What We’re Looking For• Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling
- Strong sales, negotiation and convincing abilities
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results
- Strong follow-up and client-handling skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Experience in real estate, telesales, B2B/B2C sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Freshers are welcome if they have strong English communication and sales potential
