Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality/Production Incharge based at the Morbi facility. The role involves overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor, monitoring processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, and coordinating with production teams to meet output and delivery targets. The person in this position will conduct routine inspections, address process deviations, maintain production and quality records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with safety guidelines,



optimizing resource utilization, and collaborating with maintenance, logistics, and management to resolve operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Experience in production supervision or quality control in manufacturing, preferably in ceramics, tiles, or related industries.
- Knowledge of basic quality assurance practices, production planning, and process monitoring.
- Ability to read and maintain production documentation, quality reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for identifying defects and process issues.
- Effective communication and team coordination skills to work with operators, technicians, and management.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and willingness to enforce safety practices on the shop floor.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, ceramics, production, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Morbi and manage shift-based or extended hours as required by production schedules.
