Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced procurement skilled with solid exposure to Home Care Raw Materials and preferably Chemical Raw Materials. The role will focus on strategic sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization, procurement planning, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and develop vendors for LAB, LABSA, SLES, AOS, surfactants and other home care raw materials.
Develop alternate suppliers to reduce dependency, cost, and supply risk.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
Track market trends for chemical raw materials, including crude-linked chemicals, caustic soda, sulphuric acid, alpha olefin, lauryl alcohol, fragrances, and specialty chemicals.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA/QC, R&D; and NPD teams for material requirements, trials, and approvals.




Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Manage vendor performance based on quality, cost and delivery.
Prepare purchase orders, cost comparison sheets, savings reports, and procurement MIS.

Key Skills:

Solid negotiation, communication, vendor development, strategic sourcing, cost analysis, procurement planning, and supplier management skills. Knowledge of ERP/SAP is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with procurement/sourcing experience in Home Care, Detergents, Surfactants, Specialty Chemicals, Chemical Raw Materials or FMCG manufacturing will be preferred.
