About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Holiday Sales Executive to manage domestic and international holiday packages. The role involves planning travel itineraries, coordinating bookings, handling customer requirements, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong travel industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end domestic and international tour operations.
Design and prepare customised travel itineraries and quotations.
Coordinate flight, hotel, transportation, and other travel-related bookings.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and travel partners to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints in a qualified manner.
Ensure seamless coordination and successful execution of tours.




Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Follow up on bookings, collect payments, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
Hands-on experience in handling FIT (Free Independent Traveller) and Group Tours.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
A certification in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
