Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-skilled Telecaller to join our team at Surya International Enterprise Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, explaining solar products and services, and supporting the sales team in converting potential customers into business prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain solar products, solutions, pricing, and basic benefits to customers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer follow-up.
Follow up with interested customers until the sales process is completed.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.




Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and update the CRM/ERP system.
Prepare basic daily reports related to calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM/ERP systems.
Hindi and Odia communication skills preferred.
Basic understanding or willingness to learn about solar products.
Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work with sales targets.

Qualification
Minimum ; Graduate candidates will be preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
