Role: Scrum Product Owner – Agentic AI
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Experience: 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the Product Vision and Product Roadmap for AI-driven initiatives.
Own and prioritize the Product Backlog, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver creative AI solutions.
Drive stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, backlog refinement, and product delivery.
Monitor product performance and continuously improve product outcomes using data-driven insights.
Ensure high-quality releases aligned with business objectives.





Mandatory Skills:
12+ years of IT experience.
7+ years as a Product Owner / Scrum Product Owner / Product Manager.
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Secure, Sprint Planning, and Backlog Management.
Expertise in Product Vision, Product Roadmap, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Stakeholder Management.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI / Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Prompt Engineering, or similar AI technologies.
Experience working with cross-functional Engineering and Data Science teams.
Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Medical Devices domain experience is highly preferred.
