Requirements
MBA from a top-tier institute; 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a startup strategy/ops role.
Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; comfortable building and auditing spreadsheets independently.
Robust written communication — can draft a clean, skilled email or memo with minimal editing.
High ownership and discretion — will be exposed to confidential financial, legal, and strategic information.
Comfortable in a quick-paced, founder-facing role with variable scope and shifting priorities.
Prior startup exposure or early-stage company experience is a plus, not a requirement.
