HR Executive HR MIS, Payroll & Compliance Job Description Who you are/: Use job sites and qualified networks to find potential candidates; review resumes; set up department head interviews; carry out initial HR assessments; and handle applicant communications.
Organise joining paperwork, send out offer and appointment letters, lead orientation sessions, monitor asset distribution, manage background checks, and oversee exit clearance procedures. Process leave requests, keep track of probationary periods, maintain personnel files, maintain accurate employee master records in HRIS/ERP systems, and enforce workplace regulations.
Work with Finance to complete monthly payroll inputs, maintain leave balances, compute overtime and shift allowances, and keep an eye on biometric attendance logs.



Use daily tracking spreadsheets to monitor recruitment time/-to/-hire, attendance summaries, attrition statistics, and compliance with statutory labour requirements.
