Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate creative concepts and business requirements into visually compelling designs across digital and marketing platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, digital design, typography, layouts, and creative storytelling, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume consumer environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and visually appealing creatives for digital, social media, website, app, CRM, performance marketing, and other marketing channels.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with FNP's brand identity, campaigns, products, and key occasions.
- Design creatives for major consumer occasions and festivals such as Valentine's Day, Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Mother's Day, Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, and other gifting moments.
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, E-commerce, Product, and Content teams to understand creative requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- Develop campaign assets, banners, promotional creatives, product communication, social media posts, stories, thumbnails, and other digital assets.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colours, imagery, and overall visual language.
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and dimensions across different platforms.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting defined timelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, consumer aesthetics, digital content formats, and creative best practices.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within consumer brands, e-commerce, D2C, retail, lifestyle, gifting, fashion, beauty, or similar industries.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social media, branding, and campaign design work is mandatory.

Nice to Have

- Figma experience for creating digital interfaces, layouts, or collaborative design work.
- Video Editing / Motion Graphics skills using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
- Experience working with AI-powered creative/design tools.
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, gifting, lifestyle, or consumer internet brands.
