Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Company: Lingam Metal Infrastructure Pvt., Ltd.

Location: Sriperumbudur - Chennai

Reporting To: Managing Director / Board

Role Purpose To lead the finance function of a ₹300 Cr+ steel fabrication and infrastructure company, strengthen financial systems, improve profitability, manage cash flows, and support scalable growth through solid governance and strategic financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Establish robust MIS – project-wise, product-wise, and monthly performance reporting
Drive cost control, margin improvement, and working capital optimization
Manage cash flows, collections,



inventory, and payables
Handle banking relationships, working capital limits, term loans, LC/BG
Support fund raising, credit rating, and lender interactions
Oversee accounts finalization, audits, taxation (GST, IT, TDS), and compliance
Monitor project costing, pricing, and contract profitability
Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and governance
Build and lead a competent finance & accounts team
Support ERP / system implementation and process automation.

Candidate Profile Qualification:
Chartered Accountant CA Experience:
7+ years’ experience in a senior financial managerial position
Experience in steel fabrication / infrastructure / EPC / manufacturing
Exposure to ₹100 Cr+ turnover, project-based businesses
