Designation: Manager I - Digital Marketing

Role: Brand Servicing and Account Operations

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

● Manage Meta and Google campaigns end-to-end, including setup, optimization, scaling,

and performance tracking.

● Conduct daily/weekly hygiene checks across the brand portfolio: campaign live status,

budget pacing and creative approvals.

● Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR,

and overall efficiency.

● Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports across Meta, Google,

and MMPs such as AppsFlyer.

● Work with internal teams, brands, agencies, and external partners to manage day-to-day

queries, execute campaigns, resolve issues, and participate in performance and





business review meetings.

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience; freshers with robust communication skills may apply.

● Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (or willingness to learn

quickly)

● Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for maintaining trackers; comfortable with calendar/meeting

tools
