Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, and visualisations for interior projects. Develop detailed interiors, furniture, materials, lighting, and textures as per design concepts. Coordinate with designers and project teams to understand design requirements and incorporate revisions. Prepare realistic renders and presentations for client approvals. Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, finishes, and overall design details.
Required Skills: Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, 3ds Max or similar 3D software. Positive understanding of interior design, materials, lighting, and spatial planning. Robust visualization skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
