Position: Loan Department – Backend Operations

Male/Female candidates can apply

Experience

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers can also apply if they have a solid understanding of finance.

Educational Qualification

MBA in Finance preferred.

Candidates with CFP certification will be preferred.

Positive knowledge of Finance, Loans & Financial Products.

Key Responsibilities

Handle backend operational activities for the loan department.

Process and verify loan-related documents.

Coordinate with customers, banks, financial institutions, and internal teams.

Maintain accurate records and update loan applications.

Follow up on pending documents and application status.

Assist with loan processing and documentation.





Ensure timely completion of daily operational activities.

Maintain proper MIS and reports.

Support the team in other finance and loan-related activities as required.

Candidate Profile

Good understanding of Finance and Loan Processes.

Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer applications.

Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

Immediate joiners will be preferred due to an urgent requirement.

Working Hours

10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Monday to Saturday
