Job Title: German Payroll Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced German Payroll Specialist to join our Global Payroll team and take responsibility for delivering accurate and timely payroll-related services for employees in Germany. The role will involve managing employee and payroll data, handling payroll inputs and queries, supporting payroll processes and documentation, and resolving complex payroll-related cases.

Your Responsibilities
Registration and maintenance of employee data (e.g., recent hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control)
Maintenance of organizational structure
Absence /attendance registration and handling
Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, perks, bonuses, new salaries)
Preparation and delivery of reports
Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone
Producing the contracts and other employment related documentation Maintaining physical and / or electronical archive
To solve problems and be a case manager for complex multi functional issues.
Train and guide other team members.
Performing any additional tasks,



linked to the primary scope of the position.

Your Experience And Skills
6–8 years of progressive experience in payroll operations, with robust hands-on experience in German payroll.
Solid knowledge of German payroll processes, statutory requirements, taxes, social security and employment-related regulations.
Experience managing end-to-end or significant parts of the German payroll cycle, including payroll inputs, employee data, absences, deductions, benefits and reporting.
Experience working with payroll systems or HRIS platforms. SAP HCM / SAP Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluent English; German language skills are highly desirable.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently, manage complex payroll cases and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
