Job Description:
Plan and coordinate equipment execution activities in line with project requirements.
Review work scope and identify resource, equipment, and logistical requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site readiness and support effective work-front availability.
Ensure proper deployment and utilization of equipment, tools, and manpower.
Supervise field activities to achieve safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
Support mobilization and demobilization of project resources.
Track progress and productivity, highlighting risks and improvement prospects.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, procedures, and project guidelines.
Assist in resolving technical and execution-related issues at site.
Prepare and maintain execution plans, method statements, and related documentation.
Coordinate inspections and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
Maintain project records, reports, and status updates.
Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of assigned project activities.
