Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with colleges and academic institutions.
Conduct regular college visits and engage with Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, faculty members, and training coordinators.
Promote the company's IT courses, career-oriented training, internship programmes, seminars, workshops, and technical sessions.
Identify new institutional business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential partnerships.
Generate student leads through college visits, seminars, workshops, and institutional interactions.
Deliver professional presentations and clearly communicate the value and benefits of our programmes.
Understand institutional training requirements and recommend relevant, industry-oriented programmes.
Coordinate and support MoUs, partnership agreements, and institutional collaborations where applicable.




Follow up with colleges and prospects from initial interaction through conversion.
Convert institutional opportunities into student enrolments, training programmes, internships, and long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of college visits, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
Achieve assigned targets related to institutional outreach, lead generation, partnerships, and enrolments.

Pay: Up to ₹275,000.00 per year
