Quality

Control & Plant Management Lead the complete QC and laboratory activities of the manufacturing plant. Establish and maintain quality standards, specifications, inspection plans and testing procedures. Monitor product quality at every stage of production and take corrective action for deviations. Ensure compliance with approved product specifications and customer requirements. 2.

New Product

Development & Industrialization Lead NPD activities from product design and development through trials, validation, and industrialization. Prepare and review product specifications and ensure their effective implementation on the shop floor. Have a sound understanding of rubber compounding and raw material selection. Develop and validate tread patterns, constructions, compounds and tyre specifications.



Support product benchmarking and performance improvement initiatives. Drive initiatives for compound / construction optimization and cost reduction without compromising product performance. 3.

Laboratory

Management Supervise laboratory testing and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results. Ensure proper calibration, verification and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Maintain laboratory records, test reports and quality documentation. Ensure proper sampling, testing methods and retention of samples. Coordinate with external laboratories whenever required. Ensure inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
