The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing procurement activities for construction projects, ensuring timely availability of materials, cost optimization, and vendor management in line with project requirements

Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction materials, services, and equipment.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers; maintain solid vendor relationships.

Handle end-to-end purchase cycle including RFQs, negotiations, PO issuance, and delivery follow-ups.

Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.

Coordinate with project, contracts, and store teams for material planning and requirement forecasting.

Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and new products to optimize procurement costs.





Ensure Compliance With Company Policies, Contracts, And Statutory Requirements.

Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, and audit-ready records of procurement activities.

Resolve supply-related issues, delays, and discrepancies in coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
