Role Description:

- Draft press releases, media pitches, official announcements, and brand communications for LEGEX LEO.
- Research and build a database of journalists, legal publications, media houses, legal blogs, creators, and relevant industry contacts.
- Pitch LEGEX LEO to relevant media platforms for features, interviews, guest articles, event coverage, and brand mentions.
- Conduct outreach to colleges, student communities, qualified networks, and relevant organisations to bring participants for LEGEX LEO’s events, programs, webinars, and initiatives.
- Identify and approach potential brand, media, legal, educational, and community partners for collaborations.
- Initiate and coordinate collaboration opportunities, including cross-promotions,



co-hosted events, content collaborations, webinars, campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
- Assist in creating collaboration proposals, outreach messages, partnership decks, and follow-up communications.
- Draft communication material for events, campaigns, partnerships, announcements, and leadership communications.
- Maintain relationships with media contacts, collaborators, community partners, and external stakeholders through consistent follow-ups.
- Track media coverage, collaborations, participant outreach, and PR activities, and maintain regular PR reports.

Skills required:

- Public Relations & Media Relations — outreach, relationship-building, coverage tracking
- Strong written & verbal communication in English; strategic messaging across platforms
- Press release drafting & formatting for announcements, events, and initiatives
- Interest in law/legal education sector (prior exposure a plus)
- Comfortable working remotely with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in email, docs, spreadsheets; familiarity with social media/scheduling tools a plus

Who can apply: Pursuing/recently completed studies in Communications, PR, Journalism, Law, English or related field (preferred, not mandatory) and can start immediately
