Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Psychology faculty member. The faculty member will design and deliver psychology courses, facilitate online class sessions, and provide constructive feedback on student assignments. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, engaging students through discussions, monitoring academic progress, and offering academic advising as needed.

The role also involves contributing to curriculum improvements, participating in faculty meetings, and collaborating on program initiatives.



Faculty members are expected to remain current with developments in psychology and incorporate contemporary research and best practices into teaching.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology, with the ability to teach a range of psychological theories, research methods, and applied topics.
- Experience with University Teaching or higher education Teaching, including effective online instructional practices.
- Skills in Curriculum Development, such as designing syllabi, assessments, and learning activities aligned with program outcomes.
- Demonstrated Research skills, including the ability to integrate current scholarly work into course content and mentor student projects.
- Advanced degree in Psychology or a closely related field (PhD or equivalent strongly preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in online and asynchronous learning environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet academic deadlines.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and support for learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and digital teaching tools; prior experience with remote or hybrid education is an advantage.
