Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Jobstex.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking across multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities include managing expediting activities, coordinating inspections, and ensuring logistics processes support timely and accurate project delivery. The role involves regular communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners, risk identification and mitigation, and status reporting to stakeholders.

The Project

Manager will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards,



and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage schedules, follow up on deliverables, and resolve delays.

- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to coordinate and review quality checks, compliance, and documentation.

- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material movement, shipments, and delivery coordination.

- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in recruitment, HR services, or professional services environments.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a remote, distributed team setting.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) is beneficial.
