nKey Skills & Qualifications
n· 10 years of experience in delivery operations, project/program management, and governance within IT Services & Consulting.
n· Strong expertise in delivery governance, stakeholder management, operational reporting, and performance tracking.
n· Advanced proficiency in Excel, including MIS reporting, dashboards, pivot tables, and data analysis.
n· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a solid execution mindset.
n· Experience managing globally distributed and client-facing teams.
n· PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-CPMAI or equivalent certifications are a plus.
nKnowledge of the BFSI domain and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies is a plus.
