nAbout the Role

n

nWe are looking for an experienced and highly execution-oriented Project Manager – Tech Operations & Delivery to lead project execution, operational excellence, and process optimization across our technology and learning delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, driving accountability, implementing scalable processes, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

nKey Responsibilities-

nProject & Operations Management:

n

n




- Drive end-to-end execution of technology and operational projects.
n
- Define daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets and ensure timely achievement.
n
- Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
n
- Maintain task trackers and ensure accountability across teams.
n
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
n

n

nAgile & Delivery Management:

n

n
- Lead daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
n
- Track batch-wise progress and delivery through structured batch trackers.
n
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve execution challenges.
n
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
n

n

nPerformance Management:

n

n
- Define, monitor, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
n
- Develop performance dashboards and operational reports.
n
- Track team productivity, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
n
- Work closely with leadership during performance review and appraisal cycles by providing objective performance data and insights.
n
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation wherever possible.
n
- Build scalable operational frameworks that improve efficiency and consistency.
n

nQuality & Mentorship:

n

- Monitor overall batch quality and learning delivery standards.
n




- Establish mentor-mentee tracking mechanisms to improve team development and accountability.
n
- Conduct regular operational reviews and identify areas for improvement.
n
- Ensure high standards of execution across all batches and projects.
n

nRequired Qualifications:

n

n
- 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
n
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project management frameworks.
n
- Experience implementing operational processes, governance frameworks, and performance management systems.
n
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, dashboards, and operational reporting.
n
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
n
