About Derivate X

Derivate X is an SEO/GEO agency for B2B SaaS. We run multi-client retainers across strategy, content, off-page, and reporting; mostly async over Slack, Notion, and Asana.

The role

Own day-to-day client delivery and communication. You are the primary client contact for assigned accounts: timelines, reporting, onboarding, and keeping work moving without dropping the ball. In short, you keep things running smoothly and keep clients happy.

Shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM IST (can vary)

What you’ll own

- Own 2-5 client accounts end-to-end on delivery ops (kickoff → weekly execution → reporting → task management)
- Be the main client voice on Slack/email for assigned accounts (per our Communication SOP)
- Run bi-weekly and quarterly reporting; keep Notion + Asana as source of truth
- Drive new-client onboarding (Slack portal, kickoff, first 4-week plan)
- Chase blockers, dependencies, and publish/delivery cadence with SEO + content
- Flag risk early to founders; keep Client Ops trackers current
- Tighten and own SOPs and sprint hygiene
- Manage internal team of assigned writers, seo specialists, and publishers.

You won’t own

- SEO strategy / technical SEO




- Sales pipeline/closing deals
- Content writing

Must-haves

- 2-4+ years in agency, client success, or delivery PM (SEO/content/SaaS agency strongly preferred)
- Comfortable owning client conversations alone; transparent written English
- Strong with Notion + Asana (or equivalent) and async Slack-first teams
- Track record shipping on deadlines across multiple accounts
- Fast learner and efficient

Nice-to-haves

- SEO/GEO or content marketing exposure
- Experience with SaaS B2B clients
- Built or improved reporting/onboarding playbooks

Success in the first 90 days

- Assigned accounts run with no missed client deadlines
- Reports go out on time with minimal founder edits
- New logos (when closed) onboarded to playbook without founder as day-to-day PM
- Asana/Notion hygiene is trusted enough that sprint planning stops rediscovering work
- Clear and concise SOPs and playbooks that scale as DerivateX does
