- Manage curriculum and end-to-end programme delivery• Coordinate enrolments and admissions• Manage and coordinate learning facilitators• Oversee learner support, queries and ticket resolution• Track learner performance and prepare reports• Drive learner engagement and programme completion• Work closely with faculty and internal stakeholders• Handle cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in programme management, online education,



Ed Tech or a related field• Strong coordination, organisation and multitasking skills• Excellent written and verbal communication• Experience with online learning platforms is preferred• Data-driven approach with valuable reporting and analytical skills• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively• Experience working with faculty, facilitators or SMEs will be an advantage Ideal Candidate: Someone who takes ownership, is comfortable managing both operations and people, and is passionate about improving learner outcomes and programme quality.
