About the role The AEC industry is changing, but the way professionals prepare for that change hasn't always kept up.

At Novatr, we're building learning experiences that help AEC professionals understand not just what the industry looks like today, but where it is headed.

We're looking for a Program Associate - Generalist to be part of that journey.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of things: understanding a problem, talking to the right people, figuring out what needs to happen, building a solution and making it better along the way.

You'll work closely with mentors, learners and internal teams across learning, content, research, operations and program execution.

You don't need to come in knowing everything. You do need to be curious enough to learn, thoughtful enough to ask the right questions, and driven enough to take things forward.

What you'll work on:

Help build learning experiences

- Work with mentors and internal teams to create assignments, activities, resources, and other learning materials.
- Help turn complex ideas and real-world industry knowledge into simple, useful learning experiences.
- Support curriculum structuring, presentations and documentation.
- Listen to learner feedback and identify ways to improve the experience.

Understand what's changing in AEC

- Research how the industry is evolving and what skills professionals will need next.
- Explore new technologies, workflows, career paths and ways of working across the built environment.
- Bring relevant insights into our programs and learning experiences.
- Question existing approaches and suggest better ones.

Work with people across the ecosystem

- Collaborate with industry mentors and professionals to bring real-world perspectives into our programs.
- Interact with learners and understand their needs, questions and challenges.




- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure ideas move from discussion to execution.
- Build robust working relationships across different teams and stakeholders.

Make things happen

- Support the end-to-end execution of learning programs.
- Track timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Identify gaps before they become problems.
- Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
- Help build and improve processes as we grow.

What you must bring:

A strong understanding of the built environment

You should come from one of these or a closely related background:

- Architecture
- Civil Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- MEP
- Construction
- Design & Technology
- Other Built Environment discipline

You don't need to be an expert in every area.

What matters is that you understand the world of AEC and are curious about how it is changing.

- Experience working with AEC professionals or multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with AEC technology or digital workflows.
- Exposure to AI or productivity tools.
- Experience with research or industry analysis.
- Experience building processes or systems.
- Strong visual communication or presentation skills.
