Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring programs that advance inclusive development and social accountability. Day-to-day tasks include designing program frameworks, coordinating with partners and stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and overseeing field activities and community engagement.

The Program

Manager will prepare reports, analyze program data, and present findings to leadership and donors. The role also includes supervising project staff,



ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and contributing to proposals and strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Robust program and project management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring.
- Experience in community engagement, participatory approaches, or social accountability initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, including report writing, presentation, and stakeholder liaison.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and collaborate effectively with diverse partners.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data collection and basic evaluation.
- Prior experience in the non-profit or development sector, preferably with field-based work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; familiarity with regional languages of Rajasthan is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur, with willingness to travel to field locations as needed.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and rights-based development approaches.
